Return Policy   

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the Name Place Animal Thing Website, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination

To support our vision and to value our relationship we have a 3 days of product return/replacement policy. Please go through below mentioned points for further details in this context :- 

We welcome Returns/Replacement in these scenarios – 

(i) Product is damaged

(ii) Damage or dead-on arrival product received, 

(iii) Manufacturing product defect, 

(iv) Wrong product received.   

All our products are handcrafted, one piece at a time, therefore making each piece unique. Due to which, a slight variation in colour, tone, shape or size may occur between different products. This shouldn't be considered as a defect and shall not be eligible for return or replacement.

If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery)


The 3 days’ time frame is considered from the date the product was delivered to your doorstep, as per the confirmation received from our logistics or courier partners.

It is applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, manufacturing defect & incorrect product. 

- Your Order number     

- Your Delivery address     

- Specify the reason for the return in the subject line with two photos at least (one of the damaged/defective parts & one of the entire products), us to ascertain the reason for return.

We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.


Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition. You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup. We will not be able to entertain refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect shipping address or if there were 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping partners or else if the recipient refuses to receive the package. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit.


All refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of store credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation.   Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your account details for the same) Please allow 5-7 days for the amount to reflect in you
